When you call a restaurant that uses KitchenLine, we receive your phone number through caller ID. We use it to handle your order, to check whether the number can receive texts, and, if you agree during the call, to text you about that order. If you give us a different number for texts, we use it the same way. Our telephone and messaging providers process the number and the texts we exchange with you to connect calls, deliver texts and check the line type. We do not sell personal information.
We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use your information to provide our AI phone ordering service, process orders, and improve our platform.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption and secure storage.
